Enhancements¶
Improving navigation to the Criteria Management Screen¶
The icon for the above development has been moved from Apply Criteria to Manage Criteria.
Freezing the Catalogue Maintenance Header¶
Last month we released a development to freeze header icons in the Catalogue Maintenance screen. We were made aware of a visual issue on laptops, which has now been rectified.
Standardising Drop-Down choices in Reports¶
Wherever possible on reports that include Product Type in the range of choices we now have an All
option, so you no longer have to run separate Product Type reports.
User Tracking Facility¶
This development has been made available for Admins, allowing you to track an individual’s activity within a given timeframe in Xchecker.
To do this, go to: Manage > Admin > Manage Users > View Personnel Activity
- First select whether you wish to run a User Activity report on either application and parts, or vehicles.
- Next, using the dropdown in Step 1, select the user you want view
- Choose a start and end date in Steps 2 and 3. (Please note: the start date will default back one month if no start date is given).
- Click Generate Report
- The User Tracking Report can be found in
Download Your Reports > Client Reports
detailing any additions/amendments made by a user during your specified time frame.
Date Option Box in Advance Catalogue Maintenance¶
In Advance Catalogue Maintenance, the From
and To
columns had been changed to a calendar format.
However, due to feedback we have re-instated From
and To
but have kept the choice of using either method. If you prefer to use a check box, simply click the arrow next to the From
and To
header.
