Enhancements

Multiple 'Product Type' selection and 'Car Parc Data' now visible in various reports

1. Multiple Product Type selection

To give greater flexibility, we have improved Xchecker functionality so you can now select multiple 'Product Types' at a time when generating reports.

This development is now available in the following reports:

1.Analyse Data/Cat Data

                        -   Vehicles without a Part Number (Gaps).

                        -   Applications Flagged as Not To Publish.

                        -   Partial Year Gaps.

2.Analyse Data

                        -   Data Clarification.

3.Analyse Data/Prod Data

                        -   Part Number Not Linked to an application.

                        -   Part Number by Status.

                        -   Part Number without Xrefs.

                        -   Part Number with Missing Spec.

                        -   Part Number Image Coverage.

4.Output Data/Core Data

                        -   Applications.

                        -   Buyers Guide.

                        -   Cross Reference.

                        -   Product Spec.

5.Output Data/Product Activity

                        -   Net App Changes.

                        -   Net Prod Changes.

2. Car Parc Data

For customers who subscribe to 'Parc Data', we are now displaying 'Application' Counts on the 'Applications' tab on the 'Product Information' page.

To coincide with the Application Counts, we have also incorporated Parc information into various reports.

The reports which will include this development are:

1.Analyse Data/Cat Data

Making it easier to maintain 'Branding'.

We're making improvements to the way Branding can be managed in Xchecker.

In this first phase, Branding Criteria will now be mandatory, therefore when you change or add a part, via the Product Information screen or in a Product Bulk Export/Import, you will be required to populate the Brand/Original Supplier field.

Bulk Exports/Imports

1. When you download a report, the only change you will see is that the 'BrandID' (read only) column will be already be populated.
2. As before, you can still make amendments to the P:Original Supplier/P:Brand Value column.
